Essays as video drafts

A mini essay might double as a YouTube script: one sitting, two outputs, twice the return on the same act of writing.

The strong version of that is wrong, and it has a name — this is COPE, and the documented failure is publishing the same content to every channel. Written prose read aloud is stiff, because a viewer hears a sentence once and cannot re-read it.

The survivable version: the essay drafts the argument, and the script is a separate rewriting pass for the ear. At ~145 words a minute, 400–900 words is a 3–6 minute video.

Untested. Everything downstream — channel, length, faceless or not, quality bar — is answered by making one bad video, not by deciding in advance. Not written up until then.

This one is a seed — a placeholder for a thought that has not been written yet. It exists because a sentence in another thought needed to point at it.
